Choose a minimum JUP amount and period. The read-only scanner reconstructs the amount held in a wallet's governance escrow and checks when it crossed your threshold. Escrow balance is not the same as voting power, identity, or campaign eligibility. No wallet connection is needed.

Strict continuityIf the eligible escrow amount drops below your minimum — including when a partial unstake opens — the qualifying clock resets.
Replay the history backwards
The escrow's finalized transactions are decoded — stake, partial unstake open/cancel, withdrawals — and replayed from the current balance back to creation. A complete replay must end at an empty escrow, which is checked.
Apply your rule
The most recent upward crossing of your minimum escrow amount starts the clock. A dip below it resets the clock; adding JUP while already above it does not.
What this tool does not claim
Coverage is reported, not assumed.
- Bounded steps. Each request indexes up to a fixed number of transactions on rate-limited public RPC. Until history is complete, "continuous since" is shown as a lower bound and the page keeps continuing automatically.
- Escrow amount is not voting power. Opening a partial unstake removes that amount from the scanner's qualifying balance immediately; cancelling it restores the amount. As checked 22 October 2026, the Jupiter Vote portal describes a seven-day full-unstake cooldown with voting power declining during the period. JUP still held in escrow can remain in this scanner's amount measure until withdrawal, so use the official portal for current voting power and withdrawal rules.
- Sybil-likeness is heuristic. The estimated percentage uses only observable patterns in this escrow, such as short continuity, stake/unstake cycling, bursts, and repeated amounts. It does not analyze funding graphs or prove shared ownership, identity, or abuse.
- Independent tool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Jupiter. This is descriptive on-chain history, not eligibility for any specific program, airdrop, or vote.
